The client approached us with the need to create two websites to house industry articles, an online shop and a range of other content.

Working with Hyperdata to implement the new platforms, the aim was to optimise all logistics processes and increase the effectiveness of promotional activities. The client wanted to be seen as an expert in the field of medical device manufacturing.

The company offers innovative and high-quality products that focus on solving a variety of health problems. The SIGVARIS GROUP brand is known for its constant pursuit of innovation and excellence, resulting in innovative solutions and high quality products.

We have created a website, offering articles, expert advice, news and an online shop. We focused on providing a comfortable, user-friendly panel, especially with the elderly in mind, by using contrasting buttons, a simple and clear design. In addition, we tailored the portal to the client’s needs, supplementing the portal with many important functionalities.

The website we created was to act as a place for articles, expert advice, news and the brand’s online shop. We designed the site so that it could accommodate a large number of products in a variety of variants, taking particular care to ensure user comfort, especially for older people. We used high-contrast buttons and a simple, understandable and friendly colour scheme. In addition, we enriched the portal with a variety of elements, such as a FAQ section, filters for easy searching of products in specific categories and the ability to edit and place orders directly from the user panel.

Supporting the implementation process, for which Hyperdata was responsible, we optimised the logistical processes, especially in the context of linking the web shop to the internal ERP system. Our aim was also to ensure better efficiency in the promotional activities of the client, who wanted to be considered an expert in the field of medical device manufacturing.

Stage 1 – Research & documentation development

By analysing the SIGVARIS GROUP’s business, we carefully defined the objectives we intended to achieve with the branding and corresponding website. We therefore had numerous discussions with the client so as to best understand their needs and expectations. Our aim was to create a portal that was friendly and easy to navigate.

Stage 2 – UX & UI design

The website was optimised for a large number of product variations, and we placed particular emphasis on user-friendliness, especially for older people. We used clear button contrast and a simple, intuitive colour scheme, which made the site more user-friendly. In addition, we enhanced the portal with useful features such as a FAQ section, filters to make it easier to search for products in specific categories and the ability to edit and place orders directly from the user panel.

Stage 3 – WordPress development

We successfully supported the implementation process of the portal in collaboration with Hyperdata, focusing on a smooth transition from development to pilot phase. During the second phase, we meticulously tested the portal to identify and resolve any potential inconsistencies, ensuring a smooth user experience once fully implemented.

Stage 4 – Pilot and ongoing maintenance & development

The implementation of such a large portal does not end on the day it goes live under the domain. The first period of operation is a stage of change and live testing that provides valuable user input.
