PREAMBLE

Brandma, realising how important your privacy is, protects not only internet users who visit the websites we run, but also those who have wished to share their data with Brandma using other avenues, including Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. We respect your privacy, so we have developed a Privacy Policy to help you understand what information we collect in connection with our services and how and for what purpose we process it. We attach great importance to protecting the rights of internet users.

By providing us with your data, you can be assured that:

we comply with the applicable data protection legislation;
we protect your data from a technical point of view and store it on top-of-the-range equipment in properly secured information storage centres to which only authorised persons have access;

In order to explain in detail the principles we apply when collecting and processing data provided to Brandma via Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, we have created this Privacy Policy. For ease of reference – hereafter in this Privacy Policy, you will be referred to as a “User”.

PERSONAL DATA

The User’s personal data processed by Brandma as part of the Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms service will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, as amended. (Dz.U. 1997 No. 133, item 883, i.e. Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182, hereinafter also: “UODO”). (2) The administrator of the personal data is ProRozyn with its registered office in Mościenica 62-036, on the Wczasowy estate 63 entered in the register of entrepreneurs of CEIDG under the REGON number: 302333096, NIP 777-29-99-869, website address: www.brandma.pl, e-mail: newbusiness@brandma.pl.


Brandma applies all safeguards required by the applicable regulations to ensure the protection of the processed personal data, in particular the protection against unauthorised access. The Administrator obtains data from Users who visit Fanpage, post comments under Fanpage posts, share Fanpage content or use the “Like” function and its derivatives. This data is stored and processed by Facebook.com’s internal systems in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The collection of personal data comprising User data processed through the Facebook Lead Ads service and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is subject to registration by the Information Security Administrator who maintains, in accordance with the PDPA, a register of data sets processed by Brandma.
By completing the data contained in the Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, the User provides Brandma with the personal data indicated in the Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, including in particular:
the email address provided by the User as part of their Facebook.com profile;
the User’s name (provided as part of their Facebook.com profile or in the form);
the User’s telephone number (provided as part of their Facebook.com profile or in the form);
Brandma uses the User’s personal data processed through the Facebook Lead Ads service and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms for the purposes of:
marketing the User’s own goods and services (based on applicable laws);
To enable the User to receive personalised marketing information, in particular about promotions, products, competitions, etc.
The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary. We process the User’s personal data only for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy and within the scope of the consents voluntarily given by you and the applicable legal regulations.
The User has the possibility of exercising his/her rights under the PDPA, in particular the right to access his/her own personal data, the right to demand that his/her personal data be updated, corrected and deleted, and the right to object in the cases specified in the provisions of this Act. These rights may be exercised in particular by contacting Brandma in the manner set out in Section IV. Privacy Policy.
Brandma stipulates that, on the basis of an agreement concluded with a third party, it may entrust that third party with the processing of the User’s personal data in compliance with generally applicable regulations, in particular in compliance with the PDPA.

III. COMMERCIAL INFORMATION


By obtaining User data through Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, we are technically able to communicate with the User at a distance (e.g. via email, telephone contact).
The User has the right to stipulate at any time that he or she does not wish to receive such marketing communications from Brandma, including withdrawing the consent already given.
Commercial information related to the activity conducted by Brandma may be sent in the scope covered by the consent given by the User, pursuant to the content of Article 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

In order to exercise these rights it is necessary to:

in the case of data concerning activity on Fanpage – make changes in the settings of your Facebook profile in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy of this service.
In the case of data collected in connection with competitions, follow the steps set out in the regulations of the relevant competition.
in the case of data collected for the purpose of monitoring behaviour and adapting content to User preferences, make changes to your Facebook profile settings in accordance with the provisions of the Facebook Cookies Policy.
FINAL PROVISIONS 1. This Privacy Policy enters into force on 28.04.2016. 2. This Privacy Policy is informative and fulfils the information obligations imposed on the data controller by the DPA.
